The Problem
Many of YakAttack's kayak accessories are complicated and difficult to explain without seeing how they work. Customers often need to call customer service to figure out what they need because the information can't be found online. I was tasked with helping communicate product features online by creating User Interface that is pleasing to the eye. The UI needed to be implemented through both the YakAttack website, which is powered by BigCommerce, and Amazon A+ Content. Before this project, the website and Amazon listings contained only product images and a brief description.
The Process
I created a system in which information could be visually portrayed in a way that was easy to drag and drop product images and text. My system fit YakAttack's branding while following Amazon's size and content requirements. The UI design included informational images, infographics, and clickable comparison charts. For the first time, customers can see how different products are related and easily access the product that best fits their needs. I created and applied these graphics for 150 of YakAttack's product listings, both on Amazon and the YakAttack website, ensuring that the branding stayed consistent.

The Solution
I created eye-catching UI that informs customers' decisions and streamlines the shopping experience. The pages are cohesive no matter which product and platform you are viewing. The Amazon A+ content also raised our Amazon score, which helps customers find our products over competitors.
